Delivery

If you choose untracked delivery, your tracking number may not work in your country! Also we will not be able to help you if your parcel is delayed or lost.

Order fulfillment takes up to 5 days (usually 1-3 days). As soon as we ship your order, you will receive a tracking number. If you have not received a e-mail with the tracking number, please check your junk mail folder.

Delivery cost:

The EU & UK

- free for orders over 75 € (tracked)

- tracked - 10 €

- untracked - 7 €

The USA

- free for orders over 85 € (tracked)

- tracked - 14 €

- untracked - 9 €

You will not be able to choose tracked delivery if your order is less than 15 €.

Estonia, Latvia & Lithuania

- free for orders over 60 € (tracked)

- tracked - 5 €

All other countries:

- free for orders over 85 € (tracked)

- tracked - 14 €

You will receive your parcel via your state postal provider. If something goes wrong with the parcel or you just have any questions, please contact us.

If you have already placed an order and forgot to add some things, contact us! Most likely we can solve this problem without placing another order (and paying for another delivery).

Estimated delivery time:

- for the EU countries - up to 10 days

- for the UK - about 15 days

- for the USA and Canada - about 20-25 days
